Dryade Diary

In my first 3d sculpting class we had to make an asset of something that once belonged to someone. I designed this dryade diary. If we try to open this book, the branches will grow even further to protect it. There are some love notes sticking out.

Some concept art. I really loved the calming look of the left book but i felt like one of the books with the flower on top would be more of a fun challenge to model in 3d.

After making a moodboard, I drew some of my ideas out.

I did some details in Zbrush. I never worked with Zbrush before but luckily i got the hang of it quickly!
